My sister. Which means I’m long due for a visit back home to the Middle East, Jordan to be exact. I highly suggest everyone goes there at some point in their life, and from there go to EGYPT, LEBANON, DUBAI, KUWAIT, SYRIA.

I’m clearly having a TRAVELISTA moment….

but here are some images of why you need to visit what I consider HOME,

PETRA: City built in stone, to you its where “Indian Jones” was shot

DEAD SEA: The best salt water tan ever, and amazing for your skin, just don’t go far, you cant swim back.

JERASH: Old Roman City south of Amman

AQABA: The Red Sea is known for its Corals.

This is where I plan on spending 3 months in 2008. I need to go back home and reconnect with family, my culture, get better insight into my principals, and if my family has anything to do with it… maybe find a husband.. [ not happening ] To them, I am 25 and a liability. lol.

*My dad in a Middle Eastern Accent* “Baba, I know this good Muslim man that you need to marry”

smh* gotta love my 71 year old father. He means well.
