Reading Material: DWELL
Today’s post is more than likely inspired by my new place on the Eastside and my ever-lasting love affair with men who are architects. DWELL mag finds the dopest places to live (literally) and boasts them throughout their pages. There’s also really neat furniture and space saving ideas. I was put onto this magazine over the ‘December’ break through a friend that had some work featured in there. I quickly discovered it was like and ‘O’ or ‘Simple Living’ but for trend savvy, creative professionals under 40. Which brings me to…
ReadyMade. I simply love this magazine because it shows you how to make really cool (and cute) stuff from the stuff you already have lying around taking up valuable space. Who knew recycling could be so cool? AND the instructions are way easier to follow than the instructions that come with any IKEA purchase. I can’t even tell you how many DIY projects I’ve successfully completed from ReadyMade.
